During the spring of 2023, my husband and I met with Adrian Gonzalez to get some preliminary information on moving to the Phoenix area. We, specifically, wanted information on 55+ communities. He set us up with a FlexMLS account so he could start sending us some options after we returned to our home in Colorado. On our next trip to Arizona, Adrian organized a day in which we visited 9 homes in three different communities which allowed us to focus in on one community by the end of the day. After looking at several homes in our chosen community, we went under contract and moved in a couple weeks ago. There were a lot of puzzle pieces to coordinate since we lived in another state and Adrian did a fine job of getting us through the whole process. He was very patient and understanding and did a great job of communicating with us on a regular basis. We greatly appreciated his help since we were unfamiliar with the area.

During the early part of 2023, I was selling a home in California to buy in Tempe/Phoenix/Chandler area. After searching online, Adrian Gonzalez reached out to me for assistance. I advised Adrian I was browsing as I was waiting for my California home to sell. Adrian was never pushy but assisted me at my pace. He would check in with me here and there and soon I asked him to assist me with a purchase in Arizona. Adrian made it very easy for my family and I, adding me to MLS listing notifications and advising me he would be ready for my visit to Tempe when I was ready. I asked Adrian if he would be available to show us homes during Fathers Day Weekend. I advised Adrian I didn’t want to take up his Fathers Day (Sunday) but with enough notification, Adrian dedicated the whole weekend for my family. We looked at numerous homes on Saturday and found “the one”. Late Saturday night, after long thought, I reached out to Adrian and asked if we can make an offer. Adrian jumped on my request and made it happen. He wrote up an offer, had me digitally sign documents, and by 9:00 PM, the offer was submitted. Adrian met us at the property the next day (Fathers Day). It was there when the sellers accepted our offer and the ball was rolling. If it wasn’t for Adrian’s communication skills, prompt and great work ethic, I don’t think we would have had a chance at this home. During the escrow, while I was still in California, Adrian met home inspectors, sellers, and all necessary appointments needed during the escrow. He went above and beyond the scope of an Agent. After close of escrow, Adrian was still calling/texting to make sure everything was in order with our move in. I would definitely recommend Adrian to anyone with Real Estate needs.
